Day 1:  Andaman and Nicobar Islands:

·         Breakfast: Appam with coconut chutney and vegetable stew

·         Mid-morning snack: Banana chips or roasted peanuts

·         Lunch: Vegetable biryani with raita and cucumber salad

·         Evening snack: Masala vada with ginger tea

·         Dinner: Tomato rice with mixed vegetable sambar and papad
