Greek Yogurt/Plant-Based Yogurt with Granola: Fast Break

 


Recipe: Greek Yogurt/Plant-Based Yogurt with Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt/ 1 cup plant-based yogurt (such as soy, almond, or coconut yogurt)

  • 1/2 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetening)

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions:

  1. In a serving bowl or individual jars, scoop the Greek yogurt and spread it evenly.

  2. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt to add sweetness.

  3. Sprinkle the granola on top of the yogurt, covering it evenly.

  4. Add the fresh berries on the granola layer.

  5. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for added flavor.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
