- 2 ripe avocados, sliced

- 2 cups lettuce leaves, washed and torn

Instructions:
Warm the flour tortillas: You can either heat them on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or wrap them in foil and warm them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
Spread hummus: Lay out each tortilla and spread about 1/4 cup of hummus evenly over the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer the vegetables: Place a few avocado slices, tomato slices, and a handful of lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla.
Season with salt and pepper: Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the vegetables according to your taste preference.
Fold the wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, and roll tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.
Optional: If desired, lightly brush the outside of the wrap with a small amount of olive oil to help seal and add flavor.
Serve and enjoy: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. You can also wrap them in parchment paper or foil for easy transport or to enjoy later.
