Breakfast

  • 2-3 Idlis or 2-3 plain dosas with sambar and coconut chutney OR

  • 1 bowl of upma with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice OR

  • 2-3 small whole wheat parathas with yogurt and mixed vegetable curry

Mid-morning snack

  • 1 small bowl of mixed fruits OR

  • 1 glass of buttermilk OR

  • 1 small bowl of sprouts salad



Lunch

  • 1 small bowl of brown rice OR 2 chapatis OR 2 small whole wheat phulkas

  • 1 small bowl of mixed dal OR 1 small bowl of rajma OR 1 small bowl of chana masala

  • 1 small bowl of mixed vegetable curry OR 1 small bowl of paneer sabzi

  • 1 small bowl of curd OR raita OR buttermilk

  • 1 small bowl of salad OR 1 small bowl of roasted papad

Mid-afternoon snack

  • 1 small bowl of roasted chana OR

  • 1 small bowl of homemade popcorn OR

  • 1 small bowl of roasted makhana OR

  • 1 small bowl of boiled sweet corn

Dinner

  • 1 small bowl of vegetable soup OR

  • 1 small bowl of spinach soup

Bedtime snack

  • 1 small bowl of milk OR

  • 1 small bowl of fruit custard OR
